Core Demo
The Core page allows users to explore both historical and predicted configurations of the TRIGA reactor core. You can select a past core layout, input desired burnup values to estimate future configurations, and even calculate keff using updated control rod positions. In addition, the platform supports side-by-side comparison of two different core states — empowering users to understand fuel behavior and reactivity evolution over time.

The Data page provides access to reactor operation records by date. Users can browse historical data visually and use the built-in Txt2SQL feature to query the database in plain English. For example, you can simply type "Show detector readings from last Monday" to get results instantly — making data analysis faster and more intuitive.

The Simulator page replicates the real NETL TRIGA control panel — providing a familiar interface for those who have operated the reactor. On top of standard control functionality, it includes additional features designed for education and engineering analysis. This enables both students and researchers to interact with a virtual reactor environment and test control strategies in a safe and flexible space.
